We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Care Manager to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the housemistress and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the residential care program.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential care or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
