Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to all users of our facilities, including face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Centre Business & Admin Manager, Regional Manager, and Music Development Lead with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Facility Management: Control entry access to the centre, ensure all safeguarding requirements are met, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and visitors.
- Event Support: Assist with concerts, celebration events, and music-making days, including setup, registration, and administrative tasks.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and customers, providing information and guidance on centre activities and services.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent customer service, communication, and administration skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize workload, be organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service or administration/reception experience is an advantage.
- Transportation: Access to a vehicle is required for travel between locations.
