About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth. With a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building, you'll work closely with our Sales Manager to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Estate Agency or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results
