Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a beautiful nursing home in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and managing the care of residents with mental health needs
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Liaising with the GP and other healthcare professionals
  • Leading a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care
Requirements:
  • Registered with the NMC
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • Satisfactory references
  • Right to work in the UK
