Nursing Home Staff Required

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a beautiful nursing home in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor and manage resident's medical conditions, including wound management and administering oxygen.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support a team of care assistants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care.
- Liaise with the GP and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification and be registered with the NMC.
- Have satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
