Nursing Home Staff Required

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a beautiful nursing home in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centered care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Monitor and manage resident care plans, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to care assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external healthcare professionals, including GPs and specialists, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification and be registered with the NMC.
- Have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, with a focus on person-centered care.
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
