Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HRIS Expert to join our team at James Gray Associates. As a key member of our payroll and HR team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, in-depth testing, and building reports. You will also be responsible for process improvement using process diagrams, timesheet entry, and payslip review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Testing and Reporting: Conduct in-depth testing and build reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Use process diagrams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage timesheet entry and payslip review to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience being involved in HRIS projects, whether improvement or implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Must have exposure to cloud-based software and some payroll experience.
  • Configuration and Process Mapping: Must have experience with configuration and process mapping.
