Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant with a keen interest in digital marketing. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to cultivate essential marketing skills. The ideal candidate will exhibit both creative and analytical strengths, with opportunities to engage in significant marketing initiatives, conduct analysis and reporting, manage social media content, and create compelling website copy that appeals to our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and schedule engaging content for all of Oryon Imaging's social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor social media interactions and engage with audiences to enhance awareness of our services.
  • Create persuasive copy for marketing emails, website content, social media posts, and internal newsletters.
  • Support the marketing team in executing ongoing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and promotion of networking events or webinars.
  • Help manage and optimize the company website, adhering to best SEO practices.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Work with team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Assist with various marketing, technology, and innovation projects as needed.
  • Manage inventory of printed materials and promotional collateral.

Qualifications

  • A strong interest in digital marketing with a proactive approach to work responsibilities.
  • A collaborative team player eager to learn from experienced marketing professionals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for expanding knowledge in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient writing skills, with experience in copywriting.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • A commitment to high-quality standards and practices.
  • An interest in the private healthcare sector.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
