Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team based in Romford. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts and will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage all social media accounts, including creating and curating content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports the brand image and resonates with the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media, including emerging platforms and technologies.
  • Track and report on social media metrics, including web traffic, engagement, and ROI.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote the company's products and services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
