Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to join our client's team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing, communications, and admissions plans to achieve organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive student recruitment.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Further Education sector.
  • Communications
    • Lead the development of high-quality marketing materials and communications to engage with key stakeholders.
    • Manage the production of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print.
  • Admissions
    • Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students.
    • Work closely with the admissions team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Leadership
    • Lead and manage the Marketing and Admissions department, providing guidance and support to team members.
    • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and industry partners.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor, measure, and report on marketing, communications, and admissions performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve organisational objectives.
