Clinical Director, Children's Directorate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Children's Directorate.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical leadership and expertise to the Children's Directorate.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior clinicians and managers to achieve key performance targets.
- Ensure effective communication and liaison with stakeholders, including families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Medical Consultant or Senior Clinician with a strong track record of leadership and management.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Highly developed emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with others and build strong relationships.
- Ability to work effectively within and through teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working.
- Demonstrable track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
