Insurance Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator to join our dynamic team at SEIB Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in handling existing Scheme Motor clients, processing renewals, and maintaining renewal retention within expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize Open GI software to handle existing Scheme Motor clients
- Process and underwrite renewals, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Deal with mid-term adjustments, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control non-account brokers, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing risk
- Maintain Direct Debit control and manage unpaid risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Proficiency in Open GI software
- Strong understanding of motor insurance principles and practices
- Excellent administration and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
