We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator to join our dynamic team at SEIB Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in handling existing Scheme Motor clients, processing renewals, and maintaining renewal retention within expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize Open GI software to handle existing Scheme Motor clients
- Process and underwrite renewals to ensure seamless customer experience
- Deal with mid-term adjustments to maintain accurate records
- Maintain renewal retention within expectations to drive business growth
- Manage credit control of non-account brokers to ensure timely payments
- Direct Debit maintenance and control of unpaid risks to minimize losses
- Competency in Open GI software
- Understanding of motor insurance principles and practices
- Strong administration and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service ability to provide exceptional support
- Understanding of insurance principles and practices to make informed decisions
