Motor Insurance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Insurance Administrator to join our team at SEIB Insurance Brokers, a leading provider of insurance solutions. As a Motor Insurance Administrator, you will play a critical role in handling existing Scheme Motor clients, processing and underwriting renewals, and maintaining renewal retention within expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling existing Scheme Motor clients using Open GI software
- Processing and underwriting renewals
- Dealing with mid-term adjustments
- Maintaining renewal retention within expectations
- Credit Control of non-account brokers
- Direct Debit maintenance and control of unpaid risks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a motor insurance role
- Competent on Open GI
- Understanding of motor insurance
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service ability
- Understanding of insurance principles and practices
