Motor Insurance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Insurance Administrator to join our team at SEIB Insurance Brokers. As a Motor Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in handling existing Scheme Motor clients using Open GI software, processing and underwriting renewals, and maintaining renewal retention within expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle existing Scheme Motor clients using Open GI software
- Process and underwrite renewals
- Deal with mid-term adjustments
- Maintain renewal retention within expectations
- Credit Control of non-account brokers
- Direct Debit maintenance and control of unpaid risks
- Previous experience in a motor insurance role
- Competent on Open GI
- Understanding of motor insurance
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service ability
- Understanding of insurance principles and practices
