We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our administration team as a Care Navigator/Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic environment, providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient queries and requests for assistance in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure that telephones are answered promptly and politely at all times.
- Assist patients in using the practice's online consultation system.
- Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the most appropriate service or healthcare professional.
- Prioritize calls/patient requests according to urgency.
- Deal with prescription requests promptly, ensuring accuracy of patient details.
Person Specification
Qualifications
- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.
Experience
- Excellent computer skills.
