About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Woking. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Document patient progress, including observations, treatments, and outcomes, to inform care planning and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
