Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Integrative Psychotherapist and/or CBT Therapist to join our team at Priory Hospital Woking.
About the Role
As an Integrative Psychotherapist and/or CBT Therapist, you will provide both individual and group therapy for adults, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions to adults
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Participate in clinical supervision and peer review
Requirements
- Accreditation with a recognised professional body (UKCP/BACP/BABCP/HCPC)
- Experience of working in acute mental health or substantial experience of working in acute mental health
- Specific training and experience in providing both group and individual therapy
Desirable Qualifications
- Additional trauma training and clinical experience
- Training in Mindfulness
- Training and clinical experience in provision of couples therapy
- EMDR
