About the Role:

In this role as an Occupational Therapist in Neuro-Rehabilitation, you will:


  • Transform Lives: Provide life-changing rehabilitation to individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological conditions, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, contributing to the assessment, planning, and implementation of tailored rehabilitation programs while managing your own caseload.
  • Gain Hands-On Experience: Engage directly with patients in a clinical setting, providing therapeutic interventions to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges.
  • Expand Your Expertise: Develop specialized skills in neuro-rehabilitation, enhancing your ability to assess complex cases, apply clinical reasoning, and deliver effective therapy while fostering patient recovery and well-being.



Qualifications:

Formal OT Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.



Required Skills:

Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to managing the theatre, applying clinical reasoning, and solving problems efficiently.


A Passion for Patient Care: Dedication to supporting patients throughout their surgical journey, ensuring a positive experience and excellent outcomes.
