About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at the Priory Group. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder
  • Develop therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement
  • Follow all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
  • Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
  • At a more senior level, lead shifts, mentor, and support student nurses and other members of the team
Requirements
  • RMN / RMNH qualification
  • Pre-Registration - complete / Preceptorship experience
