Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at the Priory Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to optimize patient engagement and outcomes
- Contribute to patient assessments, compile a plan of care, and monitor patient progress
- Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and other team members
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care
- RMN/RMNH qualification
- Pre-registration experience and completion of preceptorship
- Excellent team working skills and self-motivation
- Commitment to personal learning and development, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care
