As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure care for adult men 18+ with a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and behaviours that challenge, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided
A relevant nursing qualification
NMC registration
A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
You will be working at Farmfield Hospital, which is a large purpose-built medium-secure service with good facilities. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will provide care and support for adult men 18+ with a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses such as personality disorder, substance misuse issues and behaviours that challenge. 
Farmfield is located North West of Gatwick airport near the village of Hookwood, with good transport links by road, bus and train. It is easiest to reach the site by car.
Annual salary of £39,892 plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus
