Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a comprehensive DIALOG+ training and continuous improvement plan to enhance the knowledge and skills of our clinical staff.

- Support the facilitation of ongoing professional development, skills, and competencies for all levels of multi-disciplinary clinical workforce.
- Act as a role model in demonstrating high standards of clinical expertise in the delivery and benefits of DIALOG+ within clinical teams.
- Provide leadership to local DIALOG+ trainers to ensure appropriate clinical and operational care planning standards are maintained.

- Good audit and evaluation skills to provide support to local teams with areas of improvement and provide assurance to the Community Transformation DIALOG+ Implementation Group.
- Excellent people management skills to support the implementation and use of DIALOG+.
- Good understanding of local and national DIALOG+ recommendations and policies related to care planning within mental health teams.
