About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Audit Manager to join our dynamic team at ProTalent. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice and exceeding their expectations.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Lead and manage audit assignments from start to finish, ensuring high standards, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering their growth within the firm.
  • Support the practice in implementing new technologies and continuously improving systems.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, including tenders, proposals, and expanding client portfolios.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 1-2 years PQE.
  • Have at least 6 years' experience working in a UK accountancy practice.
  • Be comfortable managing audits and delivering high-quality results.
  • Enjoy building lasting client relationships and providing commercial insights.
  • Have strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Be passionate about mentoring and developing junior talent.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of audit and accounting standards with a drive for continuous improvement.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £62,000 depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking, dynamic accountancy practice in a fast-paced environment.
