We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at AES. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our global Health and Safety agenda and promoting good working practices that comply with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee measures to identify, assess, and monitor risks and hazards in the workplace to create a safe and healthy environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
- Develop and implement effective Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on Health and Safety procedures and protocols.
- A HNC/ Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) or equivalent.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant Manufacturing environment, preferably in a senior role.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits and prospects. Our company values its employees and provides a supportive and collaborative work environment.
