About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at AES. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our global Health and Safety agenda and promoting good working practices that comply with all relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee measures to identify, assess, and monitor risks and hazards in the workplace to create a safe and healthy environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Develop and implement effective Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on Health and Safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • A HNC/ Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline) or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant Manufacturing environment, preferably in a senior role.
