We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Caretaker to join our team at HL Services (London) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients.

• Undertake repairs and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Identify and report potential maintenance issues that require specialist or contractor attendance.
• Assist with building checks and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage waste and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
• Perform painting tasks as required.

• Enhanced DBS clearance (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret written instructions and maintain simple written records.
• Self-motivation and excellent awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives.
• Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specification.
• Practical skills in identifying and carrying out repairs.
• Good understanding of written and spoken English, customer care, and interpersonal skills.
