About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Caretaker to join our team at HL Services (London) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake repairs and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Identify and report potential maintenance issues that require specialist or contractor attendance.
- Assist with building checks and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage waste and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- Perform painting tasks as required.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to interpret written instructions and maintain simple written records.
- Self-motivation and excellent awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives.
- Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specification.
- Practical skills in identifying and carrying out repairs.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English, customer care, and interpersonal skills.
