Pension Administration Team Supervisor

In response to the expansion of our operations, The FISER Group is seeking a skilled Pension Administration Team Supervisor to enhance our Administration department.
We are in search of an individual with a robust background in Defined Benefit Pension schemes, currently occupying a managerial position. This role entails delivering exceptional, professional services and presents a remarkable opportunity for an aspiring leader to join a firm experiencing significant growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of pension administrators to ensure effective service delivery
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to evaluate their development and performance
- Provide necessary project management assistance
- Review both standard and complex work through peer evaluations
- Identify and recommend training opportunities related to pension systems
- Participate in meetings with clients and relevant external parties as needed
- Encourage and promote effective teamwork
- Facilitate regular team discussions to address client-related issues
- Engage with various stakeholders outside the team as appropriate
