We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Reed. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting packs for various internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary documents are included.
  • Documentation Management: Manage and organize all necessary documentation with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and coherence.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle deed of assignments for less complex cases, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of £24,000 - £28,000.
  • Structured Working Hours: Structured working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm, and Friday, 9am - 5pm.
