We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a key member of our team, you will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
