About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. as a key member of our sales organization. This role is based in the United Kingdom, specifically London, and will focus on selling strategic business outcomes to digital publishers, broadcasters, and retail media organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, media planners, and operations managers.
  • Drive large enterprise software deals to digital publishers, broadcasters, and retail media organizations, with a focus on delivering customer success through a consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
  • Understand the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic and direct advertising, publisher operations, and ad revenue management.
Requirements
  • Experience driving large enterprise software deals >US$250,000 ACV to digital publishers, broadcasters, and retail media organizations.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong focus on delivering customer success and building long-term, high-growth engagements.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation package, including a base salary and OTE range of £215,000 - £235,000.
