Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team at Oswald House in Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents with complex mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with residents, promoting open and two-way communication
  • Support residents in their rehabilitation programs, addressing their individual needs and goals
  • Establish effective communication methods with residents, reducing barriers when necessary
  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring residents' dignity and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team, reporting any issues or concerns
  • Accurately record and report work activities, maintaining high standards of documentation
  • Participate in the on-call team, providing 24/7 support to residents
  • Complete supervisions of support workers, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and support
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and positive approach
  • Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
  • Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check
