As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of support workers to deliver excellent person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of support workers to ensure excellent care and support is delivered.
  • Recruit and develop support workers through staff supervisions, candidate interviews, and providing guidance and expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, individuals we support, and outside professionals.
  • Ensure good written communication and IT skills for record keeping.
