Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Team Member to join our team. As a Coffee Shop Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food and drinks, adhering to company food safety guidelines and standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including the coffee shop, kitchen, and outdoor areas.
  • Stock Management: Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, working effectively as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to company food safety guidelines and standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, using clear and concise language.
