This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the coffee industry as we are seeking a Coffee Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee equipment in various locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Repair and troubleshoot coffee equipment to minimize downtime
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure equipment is functioning correctly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of coffee equipment and its maintenance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
