Coffee Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Coffee Field Service Engineer to join our team at Shannon White Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients across the coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a range of coffee equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks, from fault finding to diagnosis, ensuring all equipment is left in good working order.
  • Work proactively with our central call centre, taking day-to-day instructions and keeping them updated to inform waiting customers.
  • Comply with on-site arrival procedures, making contact with a manager/supervisor to introduce yourself and seek permission to commence work on equipment.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking risk assessments to ensure it is safe to work and bringing any risks to the attention of company management.
  • Complete all necessary on-line job sheets, time sheets, and supporting documentation as required, ensuring it is reviewed and completed prior to leaving premises.
Requirements:
  • A confident individual with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with an electrical mechanical background and is computer literate.
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours, including working 1 in 4 weekends.
Benefits:
  • Up to £33,580 per annum (OTE) + overtime for weekend work + company vehicle + 25 days holiday + pension + other company benefits.
