Coffee Field Service Engineer

Job Title: Coffee Field Service Engineer

Location: Slough and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £33,580 per annum, plus benefits

Hours: 7am-4pm, with occasional weekend work

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Coffee Field Service Engineer to join our team in Slough and the surrounding area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our company by providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out a range of coffee equipment repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring all equipment is left in good working order.
  2. Work proactively with our central call centre, taking instructions and keeping them updated.
  3. Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, undertaking risk assessments to ensure safe working conditions.
  4. Complete online job sheets, time sheets, and supporting documentation as required.
  5. Provide agreed spare parts stocks via handheld unit to ensure accurate invoicing and inventory management.

Requirements:

  1. A highly motivated, well-presented individual with technical ability and an excellent understanding of coffee quality, equipment, and procedures.
  2. Mechanical experience and knowledge required, along with a full and fairly clean UK driving license.
