Job Title: Coffee Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coffee Field Service Engineer to join our team in Slough and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance to our coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain equipment, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of coffee equipment and quality standards.
  • Excellent technical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A full and fairly clean UK driving license, with a good understanding of road safety and regulations.
