We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Randstad RIS. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, packing and unpacking household products, and maintaining a high level of quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing and Unpacking: Work on a production line packing and unpacking household products, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
- Quality Control: Monitor products and carry out basic assessment and quality checks to identify and report poor quality and/or damaged products.
- Teamwork: Work closely with team members to meet production targets and contribute to the success of our client's goals.
- Health and Safety: Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements defined on work instructions or communicated in training.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with basic numeracy skills.
- Team Player: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; a team player with high attention to detail is required.
- Close Inspection: Close inspection is a requirement for the day-to-day role.
