**Job Title: Support Worker**

We're seeking genuinely caring and hands-on Support Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Support Worker with us, you'll be helping individuals gain more independence in their daily lives. You'll teach new life skills, assist with personal care, encourage participation in local communities, socialize, and engage in various activities tailored to their interests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
* Encourage participation in activities, such as gardening, theme park visits, and 3D cinema
* Support individuals in accessing their local communities and socializing with others
* Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
