Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with special educational needs to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their study program, work experience, and activities
  • Assist with personal care, medication, health needs, and relationships and friendships with family and peers
  • Work alongside the education and clinical teams to provide a holistic approach to care
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging activities to promote learning and development
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students to help them build confidence and independence
