Job Summary

We are seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking, standing, and using wheelchairs.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.

Requirements

  • No prior experience or qualifications are required, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
