We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with special educational needs to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our education and clinical teams to support students with their study program, work experience, and activities. You will also provide personal care, medication, health needs, and relationships and friendships with family and peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their daily needs, including personal care and medication
- Assist with educational and vocational activities, such as study programs and work experience
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the education and clinical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
