Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:

Marcilly Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a high-end restaurant entrepreneur in Mayfair. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's business and personal correspondence, diary, and expenses, as well as providing administrative support for international business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Business (UK)

  • Manage business correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports
  • Coordinate international appointments and travel arrangements
  • Communicate information and deadlines to stakeholders
  • Manage personal and business expenses
  • Schedule catch-up sessions with senior management

International Business

  • Support the CEO on new projects in the Middle East
  • Coordinate between the CEO and stakeholders in the London office and international offices
  • Liaise with UK and overseas suppliers to ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare information for future projects, including mood boards and PR materials
  • Liaise with international offices

Operations

  • Oversee menu updates across competitive set brands
  • Monitor sales track of promotions across all internal brands

Marketing

  • Work with the Marketing Team on activation, including production and delivery, across all London sites
  • Communicate activation details and deadlines to stakeholders

Personal

  • Keep up-to-date with comprehensive personal and confidential information
  • Arrange health and lifestyle appointments
  • Provide business and personal support to the CEO's family
  • Coordinate family travel arrangements
  • Liaise with private driver for local travel arrangements
  • Take care of maintenance issues at the principal's residence
  • Oversee the smooth running of the household

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a PA/EA, with a strong background in the luxury hospitality industry. They will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure. The CEO is a very busy principal who needs a right-hand support who can keep up and deliver high standards across the business.

Benefits:

The salary for this role is £40K-£50K, with discretionary bonus, luxury gifts, restaurant discounts, pension, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. The role is based in Mayfair, with the opportunity to work on international projects.
