Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UPS Field Service Engineer to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our clients' UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fault finding, installation, and maintenance of UPS products
  • Install and maintain batteries as a UPS backup power supply
  • Configure and setup UPS products using remote monitoring software
  • Travel across the UK and occasionally Ireland to service clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and commissioning of electrical products
  • Hold a HNC or higher in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of UPS systems and power distribution
  • Knowledge of PLC control systems is a plus
