Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Construction. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending to service calls, diagnosing and repairing faults on commercial laundry equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to service calls and diagnose faults on commercial laundry equipment
  • Repair and report on findings to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Recondition and install equipment as required
  • Identify and report machine and installation conditions, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Check and commission equipment installations to ensure safe and efficient operation
Requirements:
  • Mechanical and electrical experience, with Gas Safe certification preferred but not essential
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Full UK driving license
