Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer with Candy Hoover Group S.r.l., you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across North West London and the surrounding areas to repair and maintain domestic appliances. You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting customers in their homes to repair and maintain domestic appliances
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and targets
  • Keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress
  • Managing stock levels in your van and ensuring that you have the necessary parts and equipment to complete jobs
Requirements:
  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Strong communication and technical skills
  • Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects
  • Colour vision and hand dexterity
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
