Job Title: Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Field, a leading company in the renewable energy sector. As a Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of our battery sites, working closely with our internal experts and external consultants to create innovative and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of battery sites from origination to construction, ensuring compliance with planning regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain 2D and 3D site plans, equipment drawings, and models using Civil 3D and Revit.
  • Collaborate with the construction project managers to ensure that projects are built in accordance with our design.
  • Conduct health and safety reviews and evaluations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support the implementation of Field's internal data management system and process compliance.
  • Train and share knowledge with other members of the design team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering (civils) or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the energy storage industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
  • Experience with 3D software and design modeling.
