Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Are you a skilled and motivated individual looking for a challenging role in the field of engineering? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Field Service Engineer.

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our customers' equipment and systems. You will work independently, traveling to customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Comfortable working at heights and outside in all weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build great relationships with customers
  • Organized and motivated individual with a customer-focus
