Your Role

  • Champion and advocate for Quality best practices through the development of quality programs and initiatives.
  • Promote Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices throughout the organization.
  • Identify and address potential opportunities for QA/SDLC process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Quality to support and drive overarching Quality strategic initiatives.
  • Lead testing efforts for high-profile, large-scale, and complex projects across various business units and technologies, employing a scalable and consistent testing methodology.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and the Head of Quality to thoroughly understand the scope and delivery approach of initiatives.
  • Design, lead, and execute test strategies, related milestones, and supporting exit criteria.
  • Comprehend underlying architectures and business requirements to effectively manage the overall test strategy.
  • Integrate quality metrics into the success criteria of projects (e.g., CI/CD, proper environments, appropriate levels of test automation).
  • Consult with Project Managers on Test Management best practices for medium and smaller projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Extensive test coordination experience on complex technology projects with a proven track record.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in testing asset management solutions or corporate services technology is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in architecting quality frameworks and solutions within an enterprise environment across various technologies.
