About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent Excel skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for preparing and processing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing other financial tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months experience as a bookkeeper or management accountant
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
